We have to identify each risk, and for each, describe:

• The context of that risk
• The actual risk: the probability of happening.
• The danger: how bad can things get?
• The mitigations: things that we can do to reduce the risk or the danger.

Because there is nothing specific to our French employees, this document is used by everyone.

A. Remote work

• Description: A quiet and comfortable workspace is essential for concentration, calls, and overall productivity. Poor ergonomic setups can lead to discomfort and long-term health issues.
