Design & build interfaces with great visuals and UX.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside designers to prototype and implement new components, features, and UIs.
• Capable of designing and building entire pages and/or components for things like the website, Core components, or MUI Toolpad.
• Enhance and polish the different design languages we support (i.e., Material and Joy Design).
• Create interactive new demos in the docs to teach visitors about a particular aspect of the component or to showcase customization capacities.
• Focus on the delight layer of the components’ UX by exploring animation and motion design.

Key performance indicator

• How intuitive does a piece of UI feel for the end user?
• How legible and maintainable is the code to pull it off?
