Expectations: At this level, you're expected to effectively grow and manage a team. This includes hiring the right people, developing team members, and demonstrating leadership under pressure. You should now be proficient in People Management best-practices and consistently apply them in various situations.

Expectations: At this level, you're tasked with building high-impact teams and leading through challenges. This includes recruiting and developing top talent, and showing expertise in People Management strategies. Additionally, you should be actively contributing to the company's strategic direction.
