• Foster the company culture. To talk about the company's vision & mission.
• Give everyone a voice. Aim to allow >10 minutes of the all-hands meeting for Q&A.

What

The meeting is mainly focused on covering changes since the last Monthly meetings, meaning what happened since the last one. It’s past-oriented but aims to make the connection with the future.

The agenda:

1. Celebrate people and accomplishments (30 minutes)
   • New joiners
   • Changes in the Org chart
   • Sales key customers
   • Team updates, achievements, and next focus
2. Alignment around priorities (30 minutes)
   • Changes in KPIs
