• Mission. We look 30 years in the future for the company mission to have it feel long-term enough to pick something aspirational. To go after an ideal that would take a generation to reach. However, the average length of a company that joined the S&P 500 is 30+ years. So we have to review it more frequently.

3 years

• Ten-year vision. Reviewed at least every 3 years.
