How to fill the sheet

To fill the columns:

  1. Role. The name of the role, normally one of Roles.

  2. Ashby Job. The link to the Ashby Job URL is on the hired tab. Same name as 1. Role.

    The cell will be red if not of this format: ^https://app\\.ashbyhq\\.com/jobs/[a-f0-9-]{36}/candidate-pipeline/hired$

  3. Full name. The full name of the new hire. To be clear, it’s the legal name, not HiBob’s Display name.

  4. **Meeting time (hr)

  1. Meeting time (hr). Compute the difference between the last value of 1. with the new value of 1. to get this (2.). Use a math formula.
  2. Direct interview time - hr. Usually, for 1 hour spent in a meeting with a candidate, there are at least 30 minutes spent preparing and taking notes, and discussing, etc, so * 1.5. Use a math formula.
  3. Direct interview time - Cost. We apply some basic math to convert time into $. Usually * 80. Use a math formula.
  4. Main recruiter.
  5. Recruiter salary. Time allocation during the month (0–1) divided by the number of hires during the month, multiplied by the fully loaded cost of the recruiter during the month.
  6. External fees. Commissions for external help outside the people's team.
  7. Embedded talent. Cost of external hiring agencies for the role.
  8. Work trial. Take the hourly rate of the new hire * time spent during the ‣.
  9. ATS cost. Typically Ashby.
  10. Sourcing software. Typically, the LinkedIn Recruiter licenses.
