IC2 - Junior

Expectations: At this level, individual achievement involves setting clear and achievable goals that align with your role and responsibilities. Your focus should be on developing fundamental skills and competencies within your domain.

Examples:

• Set personal goals that contribute to your professional growth and skill development.
• Successfully complete tasks and assignments within specified timeframes.
• Actively participate in training sessions or courses to enhance your foundational skills.
• Seek feedback from peers and supervisors to continuously improve your performance.

IC3 - Mid

Expectations: At this level, your individual achievement should reflect a higher level of expertise in your domain. You're expected to independently handle more complex tasks and projects.

Examples:

• Take ownership of tasks and projects, ensuring they are completed on time and with high quality.
• Go beyond basic requirements by finding innovative solutions to challenges in your domain.
• Proactively seek out opportunities to learn new skills that enhance your effectiveness.
• Collaborate with peers to share insights and best practices within your field.

Team collaboration

IC2 - Junior

Expectations: At this level, team collaboration involves your active participation in group discussions, openly sharing your thoughts and ideas. You should seek out opportunities to learn from your peers and engage in knowledge-sharing sessions.

• Actively participate in team meetings by sharing your insights and asking thoughtful questions.
• Volunteer to take on small collaborative tasks, such as pair programming or reviewing a colleague's work.
• Offer to share interesting articles, resources, or insights you come across with your team.
• Provide constructive feedback to your peers in a respectful and supportive manner.

IC3 - Mid

Expectations: As you progress to IC2, your collaboration skills should show improvement. You're not only developing your skills but also becoming more attuned to the team dynamics. You should actively seek out opportunities to contribute to team discussions and take on more significant collaborative tasks.

Examples:

• Participate in cross-functional meetings and discussions, offering valuable input that reflects your growing expertise.
• Pair up with a colleague to work on a more complex project, demonstrating your ability to collaborate effectively.
• Assist a newer team member in understanding a particular concept or skill, demonstrating peer mentoring.
• Provide suggestions for process improvements that can enhance team collaboration and communication.

• Participate in team-building activities and initiatives that promote a sense of belonging.
• Display a positive attitude and a willingness to learn about the company's culture.

IC3 - Mid

Expectations: As you progress, your alignment with the company's culture becomes more evident. Advocate for the company's values and behaviours in your interactions. You may actively seek ways to represent it internally and externally.

Examples:

• Participate in cross-functional projects and collaborations that support the company's goals.
• Exhibit behaviours that reflect the company's values and serve as a positive example to peers.
• Engage in knowledge-sharing and actively contribute to internal discussions and initiatives.
• Share your positive experiences at the company on social media or with external networks.
