IC3 - Mid


Expectations: At this level, your individual achievement should reflect a higher level of expertise in your domain. You're expected to independently handle more complex tasks and projects.

Expectations: At this stage, your individual achievement should demonstrate a significant impact on your projects and tasks. You're expected to set ambitious goals that contribute to the success of your team and organization.

Team collaboration

IC3 - Mid


Expectations: As you progress to IC2, your collaboration skills should show improvement. You're not only developing your skills but also becoming more attuned to the team dynamics. You should actively seek out opportunities to contribute to team discussions and take on more significant collaborative tasks.

IC4 - Senior


Expectations: At this stage, you're expected to actively collaborate with colleagues across different projects. You initiate and lead discussions, ensuring that diverse viewpoints are considered. Demonstrate a strong willingness to mentor and help others, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and growth.

Company alignment

IC3 - Mid


Expectations: As you progress, your alignment with the company's culture becomes more evident. Advocate for the company's values and behaviours in your interactions. You may actively seek ways to represent it internally and externally.

IC4 - Senior


Expectations: At this stage, your alignment with the company's culture is integral to your approach to work. You're expected to actively promote the company's values and contribute to creating a thriving work environment.
