IC4 - Senior
Expectations: At this stage, your individual achievement should demonstrate a significant impact on your projects and tasks. You're expected to set ambitious goals that contribute to the success of your team and organization.
Examples:
- Set and achieve ambitious goals that directly contribute to the advancement of your team's objectives.
- Take the lead on complex projects, demonstrating your ability to execute and drive outcomes.
- Act as a mentor or resource for colleagues who seek guidance within your domain.
- Regularly seek feedback from peers, supervisors, and stakeholders to improve your performance.

IC3 - Mid
